1. General

These terms govern your use of BetSynq's services. By creating an account, you accept these terms in their entirety.

2. The Service

BetSynq is a tips and analysis platform. We do not provide betting services and do not handle stakes. All gambling takes place via third parties and at the user's own risk.

3. Membership

BetSynq offers three tiers: FREE, VIP and PREMIUM. Paid memberships are billed monthly. You can cancel your membership at any time, and it expires at the end of the period.

3b. Results Promise

New paying members are covered by BetSynq's Results Promise during their first paid month. If you've followed our published EV+ bets with flat staking (the same stake per bet) throughout the period and your combined result is negative, we'll extend your membership by 30 days at no cost.

• The guarantee only applies to your first paid month (not free periods or extensions).
• Claims are made via support within 14 days after the end of the month, together with your betting log from Bet Tracker or equivalent documentation.
• The betting log must include at least 100 of our published EV+ Bets during the period.
• The compensation is a 30-day extension of the same membership tier — not a cash refund.
• The guarantee may be used one (1) time per person.

3c. Right of withdrawal

For purchases of digital content and digital services, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. When you complete a purchase and receive immediate access to member content, an e-book, or a license key, you consent to delivery starting immediately, and the right of withdrawal therefore ends for that completed delivery. Subscriptions can always be cancelled ahead of the next billing period — no commitment period. Questions about refunds: info@betsynq.com.

3d. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting info@betsynq.com. The service continues until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed after that. No cancellation fees apply.

3e. License terms — Spelmaskinen PRO

The Spelmaskinen PRO license key is personal and valid for one (1) computer. On first activation the key is bound to your machine and registered IP address. Sharing, reselling, or simultaneous use on multiple devices is prohibited and will result in the license being blocked without refund. The license is active for as long as the subscription is paid and ends automatically when the subscription is cancelled. Decompiling, reverse engineering, or modifying the software is prohibited. Need to move the license to a new computer? Contact info@betsynq.com and we will reset the machine binding.

4. Limitation of Liability

BetSynq does not guarantee winnings. All tips and analyses are advisory and based on available information. Historical results are no guarantee of future outcomes. The user bears full responsibility for their betting decisions.
