We stand fully behind our EV+ bets. If you don't end up in profit during your first paid month, we'll give you the next one on us — no hassle. Here's exactly how it works.
✅ How you qualify
- The guarantee applies to your first paid month as a VIP or Premium member.
- You follow at least 100 of our EV+ bets during the month.
- You use flat staking — the same stake on every bet (e.g. 1 unit per bet).
- You log your bets in Bet Tracker in your account, so we can verify your betting log.
🎁 What you get
- If the month ends negative (total result in units across your followed bets), we extend your membership by 30 days — completely free.
- The extension is granted at the same membership tier you held during the guarantee month.
- No new payment is required and you don't need to do anything more than contact us.
📩 How to make a claim
- Contact support via the support page or email info@betsynq.com within 14 days after your first month has ended.
- Attach your betting log from Bet Tracker (found in your account under Bet Tracker).
- We review the log and activate your extension within 48 hours.
📋 Other terms
- The guarantee can be used one (1) time per person and account.
- Bets that are cancelled or voided are not counted among the 100 tracked bets.
- The guarantee applies to bets published under EV+ Bets on betsynq.com — not external tips or your own bets.
- The result is calculated in units based on the odds at the time of publication.
- In case of suspected abuse (e.g. selective logging), we reserve the right to deny claims.
